Job Description: As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our executives in managing their day-to-day activities and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. Like Best HR Consultancy in Lucknow, Your primary duties will include:
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements for executives.
- Screening and responding to incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Conducting research and gathering information for various projects and initiatives.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipating the needs of executives and proactively providing support to ensure their productivity and efficiency.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members, to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
