Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary: The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-oriented individual to enhance the shopping experience and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs.
- Provide detailed information about products and services.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Sales:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on product features, specifications, and trends.
- Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Inventory Management:
- Assist in stock control and inventory management.
- Ensure shelves are stocked and merchandise is presented attractively.
- Participate in stock counts and inventory audits.
- Store Operations:
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Follow store policies and procedures, including opening and closing duties.
- Assist in visual merchandising and display setups.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
