We are seeking an experienced Manager of Operations to oversee the operational aspects of our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the timely completion of projects, and coordinating with various departments. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate operations and be able to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of ongoing real estate projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines and quality.
- Implement and oversee operational strategies for property management.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in real estate development.
- Prepare operational reports and updates for senior management.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to align project operations.
- Monitor project budgets and optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Lead a team and ensure high performance through training and development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate operations, preferably in managing residential and commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of project management, construction processes, and real estate regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Immediate availability for joining is a must.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate operations or project management.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations in Lucknow is highly desirable.
