Position Overview: As a BPO & Call Center Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely assistance and resolving inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution.
  2. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate information and effective solutions to resolve concerns.
  3. Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, processing, tracking, and delivery status inquiries.
  4. Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints and escalations promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution to the customer’s satisfaction.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using CRM software.
  6. Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards, call scripts, and performance metrics to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
  7. Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to enhance the customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
  8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on customer issues, process improvements, and product enhancements to support ongoing improvements in service delivery.
  10. Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
