Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Commerce for our CBSE-affiliated school in Sultanpur. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of commerce subjects such as Business Studies, Accountancy, and Economics, and possess the ability to teach classes XI and XII with passion and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Commerce subjects (Business Studies, Accountancy, Economics) to senior secondary students (Classes XI and XII).
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare students for board exams through effective teaching techniques, doubt-clearing sessions, and assessment strategies.
• Utilize various teaching aids and digital tools to enhance classroom instruction.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students to track their progress.
• Create a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and intellectual growth.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide guidance for improvement.
• Collaborate with other teachers and school management to organize co-curricular activities, workshops, and seminars related to commerce.
• Stay updated with changes in the CBSE curriculum and incorporate the latest teaching methods and practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Post-Graduate degree (M.Com) in Commerce or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (CBSE board preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and exam patterns.
• Proficient in using modern teaching techniques and tools, including smart boards, educational software, and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
