Job Description:

As a Legal Advisor at Zeevika Consultancy, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks, and safeguarding the company’s interests.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal issues affecting the organization.
2. Review and draft legal documents, contracts, agreements, and policies.
3. Conduct legal research and analysis to stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal matters and provide solutions.
5. Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and settlements.
6. Assist in the resolution of disputes and legal conflicts.
7. Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Keep management informed of legal risks and potential liabilities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution. Master’s degree in Law (LLM) preferred.
2. Admitted to the Bar and licensed to practice law in [Jurisdiction].
3. 5 years of experience working as a legal advisor, preferably in Corporate industry
4. In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal principles.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
