Hiring Manager – Financial Inclusion Lucknow

Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Manager of Financial Inclusion to spearhead our efforts in promoting financial accessibility and empowerment across diverse sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial analysis, relationship management, and policy advocacy. The ideal candidate will drive the formulation of proposals, manage key relationships with public sector undertakings (PSUs), private banks, and foreign financial institutions, and contribute to the development of innovative strategies for inclusive finance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulation of Proposals:
   • Develop comprehensive proposals for financial inclusion initiatives, aligning with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
   • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary data and insights for proposal development.
2. Relationship Management:
   • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with PSUs, private banks, foreign banks, and other financial institutions to facilitate collaboration and partnership in financial inclusion efforts.
   • Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with organizational objectives.
3. Assessment of Credit Limits:
   • Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess credit limits and evaluate the financial viability of proposed initiatives.
   • Utilize financial modeling techniques to forecast outcomes and mitigate risks associated with credit decisions.
4. Due Diligence and Audits:
   • Manage due diligence processes for potential partners and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
   • Oversee stock audits and other financial assessments to safeguard organizational interests and maintain transparency.
5. Development of New Financial Inclusion Strategies:
   • Lead the development of innovative strategies to enhance financial inclusion, considering market trends, customer needs, and regulatory frameworks.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and scale new initiatives aimed at expanding financial access and equity.

• Proposal Development: Timely and effective formulation of proposals for financial inclusion initiatives.
• Relationship Management: Establishment and maintenance of productive relationships with PSU, private, and foreign banks.
• Credit Assessment: Accurate evaluation of credit limits through robust financial analysis.
• Due Diligence and Audits: Rigorous handling of due diligence processes and stock audits.
• Strategy Development: Creation and implementation of impactful financial inclusion strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in financial services, with a focus on financial inclusion, credit analysis, and relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.
• Experience in proposal writing, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and best practices in financial inclusion and banking.
