As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Requisition and Analysis:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job requisitions.
- Conduct job analysis to identify key requirements and qualifications for each position.
- Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Proactively build a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Candidate Screening:
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with organizational culture.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
- Candidate Assessment and Evaluation:
- Administer assessments or tests, if required, to evaluate candidates’ skills and competencies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates against job requirements.
- Reference Checking:
- Conduct reference checks on selected candidates to validate their professional background and work history.
- Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
- Work with the HR team and hiring managers to prepare and extend job offers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Reporting and Metrics:
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates to management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
