As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Job Requisition and Analysis:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job requisitions.
    • Conduct job analysis to identify key requirements and qualifications for each position.
  2. Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:
    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
    • Proactively build a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  3. Candidate Screening:
    • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
    • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with organizational culture.
  4. Interview Coordination:
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
    • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
  5. Candidate Assessment and Evaluation:
    • Administer assessments or tests, if required, to evaluate candidates’ skills and competencies.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates against job requirements.
  6. Reference Checking:
    • Conduct reference checks on selected candidates to validate their professional background and work history.
  7. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
    • Work with the HR team and hiring managers to prepare and extend job offers.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  8. Documentation and Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  9. Reporting and Metrics:
    • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
    • Provide regular updates to management on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
