Key Responsibilities: It Sales Manager
Business Development :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government IT sector.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in government IT.
Build and maintain a pipeline of government IT project opportunities.
Relationship Management :
Establish and nurture strong relationships with government agencies, departments, and key decision-makers in the IT sector.
Act as the primary point of contact for government IT clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Proposal and Contract Management:
Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals, bids, and tender documents for government IT projects.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with government entities.
Ensure compliance with government IT procurement regulations, policies, and procedures.
Project Management :
Oversee the execution of government IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Reporting and Analysis :
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and project performance.
Analyze project outcomes and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market and competitive analysis.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
