Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our Sales team in the EdTech industry. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing projects, and driving revenue growth in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a meaningful impact on education.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success, to align sales efforts with overall business strategies.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and sales channels.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  7. Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients and partners.
  8. Monitor and track sales performance metrics, KPIs, and targets, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  9. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the EdTech sector.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  2. Proven experience in sales, business development, or project management, preferably in the EdTech industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the education sector, including K-12, higher education, and corporate training.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage sales projects, teams, and initiatives.
  6. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  10. Willingness to travel as needed.
