Job Description: Sales and Marketing Executive
We seek a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, explaining the
benefits of our digital screens, and closing deals to generate sales revenue. There will be a
probation period of three months.
Key Responsibilities:
• Brand Onboarding: Identify and onboard new brands, maintaining strong connections
with outdoor media and advertisement agencies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the existing sales team to manage incoming inquiries and
onboard new regional clients.
• Market Research: Develop sales and marketing strategies by understanding consumer
needs, identifying market trends, and suggesting new business opportunities.
• Sales Implementation: Implement innovative sales plans and advertising strategies.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with key clients through regular
visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new sales opportunities.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated on current sales trends by attending conferences,
and workshops, reading industry publications, and networking.
Qualifications:
• Education: Any graduate; MBAs or degrees in business and marketing are preferred.
• Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for sales and marketing.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
