Technical Delivery Manager

Responsibilities: Project Leadership:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of React.js projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements.
• Develop and implement effective project management strategies, including Agile methodologies.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of React.js developers.
• Stay abreast of the latest React.js trends, tools, and technologies.
• Collaborate with the development team to address technical challenges and ensure code quality.

Client Engagement:

• Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, understanding their technical requirements and providing solutions.
• Ensure effective communication with clients on project timelines, milestones, and technical aspects.
• Identify opportunities for technical innovation and improvement.

Team Management:

• Manage a team of React.js developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular performance assessments, provide feedback, and support professional development.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skills enhancement within the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager in React.js development projects.
• Extensive knowledge of React.js and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, architecture, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
