Job Summary:
An Inbound Call Center Executive is responsible for handling incoming customer calls and inquiries. The primary goal is to provide excellent customer service by resolving customer issues, answering questions, and providing information about products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Incoming Calls:
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, or billing issues.
- Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Customer Service and Support:
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Assist customers in resolving issues or complaints by offering appropriate solutions and follow-up.
- Provide information and guidance on company products or services.
- Data Entry and Documentation:
- Accurately record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
- Maintain detailed records of customer calls and transactions for future reference.
- Follow-Up and Escalation:
- Follow up on unresolved issues or escalated cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
- Adherence to Company Policies:
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Stay updated with the latest product or service information, promotions, and company policies.
- Achieve Performance Targets:
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution rates.
- Strive to achieve personal and team performance goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [required languages, e.g., English and Hindi].
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to understand customer needs, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers, call center software and CRM systems.
- Multitasking Ability: Capable of handling multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in sales or upselling products and services over the phone.
- Knowledge of specific industry products or services.
