Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources department. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the company. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates: Use various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source potential candidates.

Screening Resumes: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for job openings.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate skills, and perform background checks and reference checks as needed.

Job Posting: Create and update job descriptions, and post job openings on various platforms (internal and external).

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each position.

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS.

Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and build a positive reputation in the job market.

Onboarding Support: Assist with the new hire onboarding process and ensure a positive candidate experience from application through to onboarding.

Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to HR leadership.

Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with all local, state, and federal employment laws.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2-3 years) as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and resources.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with social media recruiting (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Familiarity with labor laws and employment equity regulations.
Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR-related certifications.
