Job Title: Sales Manager – Elevator Manufacturing

Location: Lucknow

Job Description:

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our elevator manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the elevator or construction industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will lead and manage the sales team, develop strategic sales plans, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and increase market share in the elevator manufacturing sector.
  2. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
  3. Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
  6. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
  7. Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, engineering, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  9. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our elevator products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  10. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the elevator, construction, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the elevator market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
